Plain explanation
The free site collects nothing you type.
The scope check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us and are not stored. The page fetches one static JSON file from the same site. Cloudflare serves the pages and records a cookieless page view. There is no advertising pixel and no third-party embed on the free pages.
Where it is kept and who can see it
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is sent by SendGrid. The watch list is held in Supabase in Sydney if the watch is operated. Those are the only processors. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
The video players on the home page are facades. They load no YouTube request until you press play. When you press play, YouTube may set cookies and record the view under its own privacy policy. The poster image is served from this site.
If you buy
Stripe processes your payment and gives us your email address and the session record. We use the email to deliver the kit or the watch and to answer support. The kit download is authorised by the paid Stripe session. We do not create an account and we do not ask for a password.
The watch
If you start the watch, we keep your email address and the subscription status from Stripe. Every watch email carries a way to stop. You can also cancel in Stripe. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Your choices
Write to support@theartofservice.com to ask what we hold, to correct it or to delete it. We answer within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction with a statutory right, say so and we will follow it.
