What it watches
An email when the rule, the guidance or a date moves.
The refresh script re-reads the Official Journal text, the EUR-Lex record and the consolidated CSRD. It compares the article structure, the thresholds, the dates and the recorded obligations with data/rule.json. When something changes, the watch email carries the difference and the date.
- A change to the Official Journal text or the EUR-Lex record
- A change to the consolidated CSRD, including a new consolidation date
- A change to a recorded date, threshold or comparator
- A change to the guidance or the delegated acts the record names
- The record hash and the changelog entry

What it cannot do
It cannot report a change that has not been published. It does not watch your Member State's private drafting, your auditor's decisions or your company's own facts. It does not replace the national transposition measure.
Why the diff matters
A new consolidation date, a moved transposition date or a changed comparator is the signal to re-read the record and re-date the plan. You want that on the day, not in a quarterly summary.
