Paid products
The kit is a one-off digital product at USD 799. The watch is a monthly subscription at USD 49. Both are sold through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; any VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout where applicable. By buying the kit you ask for immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends when access begins, where the law allows. The kit is released against a paid session. The watch can be cancelled in Stripe. Because the kit is a digital download, it is not refundable once the files are accessed, except where the law requires a refund.
Trademarks and copyright
Directive (EU) 2026/470 and the other instruments are published by the European Union. Their names and citations are used to identify the rules. The commentary, structure and page text on this site are ours. Nothing on this site is a reproduction of the instrument.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, The Art of Service Pty Ltd is not liable for a decision you take on the basis of this record, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
